桑拿式煎猪扒
材料:
大里肌猪肉-500gm,咖哩叶-10片,洋葱丝-半粒,子天椒-3條(切片),支庄咖喱粉-半汤匙,日本青瓜-1條
腌味料:
雞蛋-1粒,生抽-少许,胡椒粉-少許,麻油-少许,白糖-1茶匙,生粉-1汤匙半
桑拿式汁:
清水-6汤匙,辣椒酱-2汤匙,茄汁酱-2汤匙,白糖-2茶匙,盐-少许,蠔油-半汤匙,生抽-半汤匙

清水-6汤匙,辣椒酱-2汤匙,茄汁酱-2汤匙,白糖-2茶匙,盐-少许,蠔油-半汤匙,生抽-半汤匙
HOW TO COOK

将猪大里肌肉做成猪扒肉奄味料到10钟左右備用。

开锅下油煎猪扒大约3分钟熟備用。

开锅下油爆咖哩叶.子天椒.洋葱丝后放清水下全部味料滾香。

加入熟的猪焖一焖收水即可上菜.....啦!
